The product itself was what I expected it to be. Easy to use and I saw that it cleaned up the ink. Unfortunately it did not solve my printing issues (white lines + missing ink). Do I need to clean again, is it the solution that is not strong enough???

Didn't really worked for my Brother printer. But my printer was 12 years old, so it was time to upgrade to a new one anyway.
