Having issues with the printer accepting the ink cartridge

I have had good success with Moustache products. This particular printer though in the Xerox doesn't like Moustache though and keeps clogging up the CTR sensors. SO maybe it's Xerox, maybe it's this model or a bad printer but the printer is basically a throw away now.
