Ordered this because it was on sale for a great price. I followed the instructions on the paper they include in the box* and printed a test page - result was 100% perfect. As per the instructions, 1) make sure to slide the green slider back-and-forth several times to clean the corona wire, and 2) make sure the green tab arrows are aligned after installing the new toner. * Footnote: The paper is tiny; please switch to printing the instructions on a regular 8.5" x 11" page!

Toner works fine, no printing issues or errors, just plug and play as it contains chip already. Best price toner I could find and I have always been happy with this site for customer service, have been using them for years for toner and cables/mounts, etc
