It's a good compact form-factor - not too wide to crowd out adjacent USB-C ports. I have it to convert a USB 3.0 Ethernet adapter on a MacBook and it's working fine.

the only thing to complain is that if you have a case on your phone, the tip maybe too big for it to get in.

Bought this wee adapter to go with a USB-A to USB-C cable: so far so good! My phone started charging when it was plugged in. I'll be keeping it in my bag.
