Box came broken and ripped. Papers were damaged. Not sure this was done via UPS or it was sent this way from the vendor. The papers are not usable for printer because they are squished and bent. I have reported to both shopperplus and UPS. haven’t heard anything other than we have received your email. Picture is attached

The box of paper was left on my balcony during heavy rain so the box and some paper got wet. The driver did not ring the bell! I was home at the time and I didn't hear him ring. I haven't used this product yet because I'm still waiting for it to dry completely. What will you do to ensure this doesn't happen with my future deliveries?
