I haven't used it yet. However the packaging was torn. it was packed in with the ink and the paper cutter. The outside of the main box was damaged, one side almost had come apart. Inside the ink packages were loose and the paper cutter box was dented. The parcel was too big for the contents so the heavy items were able to move about.

Nice thick paper that has a professional feel to it. Product arrived quickly and I love the fact it has recycled material in the construction, but you wouldn't know it if it wasn't written on the package.
