Very sharp instrument. Slices vegetables very well. The thing scares me though. I had a close call with bare fingers foolishly ignoring the use of the safety push tool that comes with it. None the less. Great for slicing veggies and fruit as mentioned. Watch your fingers lol

This is surprisingly great, especially for a plastic mandolin. Best part is it doesn't take up that much space in a kitchen drawer, like some other mandolins do
