The chips are really easy to replace (especially after you remove them from the OEM cartridges for the first time). Sometimes they have to be re-aligned a bit but it takes seconds to do that. The cartridges print beautifully, I haven't had any issues at all with print quality. I'm on my third set and will continue to buy these.

a little hard to change the chip...it doesn't worked, i need to buy a new one with chip, and retry with this one later.

Less than satisfying. I used to trust you products and service but this time it f**king sux. I ordered these on December 10th, they shipped on the 17th and I didn't receive them until the 21st... 11 days of waiting for those. Had I known I would have ordered from Amazon...
