I've not had a chance to try the color inks, only the black ink cartridge. At first the black print was not clear at all and I contacted Shoppers +(123Ink). They offered to replace it immediately, no questions asked! That was impressive but I asked for tips to solve the problem and they sent a Youtube video. Tried it and also used nail polish remover to clean the ink well. It worked.

Seems to work well. However the wrong item was shipped to me. On the positive side, they shipped the correct item when I brought it to their attention.
