We have only used the product for a week. It was easy to use and instructions were easy to follow. The clarity of the words in the printed form was excellent. The price was excellent. We are also pleased to use recycled material. Thank you.

la premiere cartouche a bien fait son travail mais la cartouche 2 et la cartouche 3 ne fonctionne pas.

would not work with printer even after talking with service department. printer would not recognize ink. had to buy hp over priced ink
