Produit défectueux, difficulté à imprimé la première fois. Essayé plusieurs fois avant d'avoir une impression correct. réimpression le lendemain et encore le même problème.

So I bought these ink cartridges believing that they would work on my printer according to the information they provided. My printer does not recognize the cartridge yet I bought a single cartridge from them (color and black and white remanufactured for HP Office jet 3833) and it works okay, except the printer doesn’t correctly read the amount of coloured ink left. ( yellow is empty) I haven’t downloaded any updates, so you would think since one kind worked the other should work? I’ve left an email and am waiting for a response. Hopefully I’ll be able to update with a better rating and response.

I had previously ordered and liked the single Moustache 63xl ink cartridges, both Black and Colour. So I ordered the 3 pak of both Black and Colour. I have had had nothing but trouble with these 3 paks, to the point that I have gone out and bought a new printer. I should note that I ordered Moustache and received plain black packages marked Premium Ink on one end. Please send replacement Moustache product.
