THIS PRODUCT IS OVERALL A REAL SCAM. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A LEVEL 2 MEDICAL PROCEDURE MASK GUARANTEED WITHOUT GRAPHENE. I HAVE USED ONE MASK SINCE I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER MIDDLE OF JANUARY 2022. THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. THE ODOUR EMANATING FROM THESE MASK IS SOME KIND OF CHEMICAL THAT I CANNOT REALLY DESCRIBE FURTHER EXCEPT THAT I CAN TELL THAT IT MAKES BREATHING VERY DIFFICULT AND ITS SEEMS TO BE PROVOKED BY THE SMELL THAT EMANATES FROM THESE MASK

These masks were way to large for my face I have to tie off the loops to get the best seal.

These masks are really terrible. I am happy with other products I bought, but not this one. The nose piece is so springy and doesn't stay in shape when press down. So it is not anywhere protective. I suspect it is some counterfeit and fake product which may not meet and standard. But unfortunately the only answer customer service can give to me is that this product is non refundable and no warranty. I feel like that this is rip off... Will buy from somewhere else next time.
