So far they are working great. Video on how to swap the chips was informative, but it was a different experience when actually doing it. The chip extractor took off alot more black plastic then in the video showed and needed sanding for a long time to get it down to where they needed to be. It was a similar experience on all 4 of the toner cartridges.

Product works great - exactly as the OEM product...just at a more reasonable rate

Trying to return - do not understand the chip tool nor something about sandpaper. I have been without a printer now for a week.

Chip didn’t work. Destroyed the chip. This is not compatible and would like a refund. Waster of money and my time.

Works just like the original manufacturer toner.

Works fine after putting in the OEM chip. My printer HP 182nw recognizes it and the print quality is normal. The printer sees it as a cartilage with low ink but that is to be expected.
