Bought in March. It was hard to install and had to modify plumbing. 2 months later LED lighting stopped working. Wrote customer service in May and they never replied. Wrote again today hoping they reply as a 2 month old product should not stop working. I also work during the hours customer service is open and can only call on weekends and they are not open.

C’est écrit dans le manuel d’utilisation que c’est un système thermostatique mais ce n’est pas vrai. La température de l’eau varie sur quelqu’un en utilise ailleurs dans la maison. Les lumières led dans la tête ne fonctionnent pas toujours correctement. Le courant électrique n’est pas stable et l’affichage diminue ou s’éteint parfois.

Nice but very cheap quality !!! To much plastic and some off the jet are really poor !! Led and screen work perfect with the temp.
