I got tired of jiggling the handle to stop the toilet from running. I could never get the chain to the flapper valve adjusted; it was too loose and got hooked up under the flapper valve or too tight, and something would get broken when family members yanked on the flush handle. I decided to try this device. After some initial adjustment, we have been using it for over a year with no issues. Batteries last at least six months. I extended the cable between the mechanism and the battery box so the battery box could be located outside of the toilet tank and its humidity. The battery box sits out of sight on the floor under the toilet tank. This modification also made the positioning of the flusher mechanism more flexible. Proper flushing in most toilets requires the flap valve to be lifted far enough to float on the top of the water. This required lift may be hard to achieve with the travel provided by this mechanism. The availability of a longer delay would be helpful as the mechanism could hold the flap valve open long enough and not rely on it being lifted above the waterline.

I had 3 Kohler aAuto flush and they all failed due to humidity inside the tank. Built very poorly. Also, sensor was so bad it started phantom flushes. This one is almost identical to the Kohler, but has rectified all the issues by best quality workmanship. All electronic parts are water proofed including the battery holder. Also has sensor and time adjustments in addition (you probably need not have to adjust it). Built with quality in mind for sure. Excellent! I will still like to place the battery holder outside the tank if possible.

Love it. So great to never have to touch a germy handle again. I only wish I had found this earlier and could have avoided so many 'ick' moments flushing the toilet.

easy to install, was scare the senor will blocked by the toilet cover, but it work great also not too sensitive, when i pick up something from top it won't flash but if i wave to flash it work at the first time

Works as advertised and for a price better than replacing the toilet!
