The UPS driver took the parcel another address. Shopper + did not refund my shipping even though I raised a claim against UPS. I sent an email to Shopper +as follows: The UPS website says "A claim has been issued to the sender for your package. Please contact the sender for more information". Please refund my shipping costs plus HST without further delay. I still don't have that refund as of Nov. 7 2022."
