The colour ink cartridge worked; but the black ink cartridge did not... the chip would not make contact. It was a "throw away". Will not order that product again.

Greetings! I was suitably impressed by these 2 cartridges after I installed them. However, in about 2 weeks and only after printing 6 color 4x6 photos, the color cartridge went bad! I tested it through an online service (testprinter.net) and discovered that the yellow ink either had run out or was defective . Not good for a very short run. I am disappointed in this product and would like to have a refund or be sent replacement cartridge. What's the chance of that?? Dave Wolf
