I bought this for my small work space at home. I have been sitting in front of the computer for weeks on a hard wooden chair. It bought this and placed it on top of the chair, it was much much better! It has little rubber bumps on the bottom for grip so that it doesn’t slide around. Previously my back and bottom were hurting from the chair’s hard seat. Now with the cushion it’s just as comfortable, or more, than a regular office chair. This seat cushion also is great for when I am sitting on the floor with my laptop on the coffee table. Makes everywhere become a comfortable seat.

Not too soft, not too firm. Cool gel actually works. It was a bit too cold when I first sat on it. I might get one more for my dad. Originally bought one from amazon and it turned out to be a fake memory foam; just plain ol' yellow foam and twice as expensive. Returned and ordered this. Best decision
