works exactly as advertised and provides some peace of mind to the health fanatic. The only con is the very fine text that is almost impossible to read without a magnifier. The display should be a high resolution black and white for better contrast and visibility. Definitely worth the money though.

Accurate heartbeat reading. Would be nice to have it with bluetooth... it's a stand alone device, no way to extract data to some kind of data logger( monitoring while sleeping) or a cellphone.
