I ordered 2 cartridges and order was delivered promptly. The first cartridge I installed would not print properly - extremely slow and poor quality print. So I removed that one and installed the 2nd cartridge. Although I have only printed a few pages, it appears that this cartridge functions properly. Bottom line - I got 1 cartridge for the price of 2. I will not buy this product again.

The cartridge is not recognized by the printer. It keeps saying to check the cartridges. Done it many times.

The color 63 XL ink ran out yesterday ( started in Mar. 8, 2023) and I only got 198 copies. I was expecting closer to 300-330 as expected and advertised. I kept track of the count because I had to know with certainty if what is claimed is correct. Very disappointed and I am wondering if I should re-order again ? Or stick with the Originals ?
