Handle broke only after a few months. Poor quality plastic poor construction. Don’t waste your money. Poor customer service. Watch a video and get one they recommended and not this no name garbage.

I was happy when I received this product but after using it 3 times , I noticed the fan wasn’t working as expected. I’ve contacted Customer Service, the rep was supposed to send me an email to send a video but She never sent the email from her. I really need to return this ASAP not working as expected.

Too loud, loud beeping noise. Food was uncooked and burnt. Had to return it.
