I ordered the combo months ago, it came quickly, but I didn't need it until today when my Black cartdige gave out and I needed a document right away. It took me only about two minutes to change cartrridges, and the new one works perfectly. Thanks for fast service, a dandy product and a good price!

Best when you put the colour cartridge in the colour cartridge slot and not in the black ink cartridge slot. I'm so glad I figured it out (lol moment) ... still proud at @72 years old.
