Colour works great. Printer still says I have no black ink.

j'ai commander ce modèle car le modèle moustache commander ne fonctionnais pas, mais ce modèle fonctionne mais mal, je dois à toutes les imprimées, ouvrir la porte des cartouches pour que mon imprimante reconnaisse les cartouches

very unhappy with the color cartridge the black cartridge works fine color cartridge worked for 1 page only and most of the printing was in black. I had to purchase a color cartridge from another company cause the one I received from you is dry I think it was dry before it was shipped to me

The colour cartridge works perfectly the black cartridge doesn’t print properly. Can only se parts of the text. Tried following directions to fix the issue and still doesn’t work.
