Best when you put the colour cartridge in the colour cartridge slot and not in the black ink cartridge slot. I'm so glad I figured it out (lol moment) ... still proud at @72 years old.

These turned out to be refurbished ink cartridges which I missed when looking up the item. However, the cartridges work like brand new HP ink cartridges. I will be reordering more replacements in the future. Delivery only took a few days. I was actually surprised to see them in my mailbox. I will also recommend shopperplus to my associates.
