Okay webcam, microphone is very muddy. The frame rate varies wildly depending on the application being used. Skype seems to be the only one that runs very well, Discord is choppy and delayed as is the Windows 10 Camera app. Sometimes the camera will stop responding and need to be unplugged to get working again. The stand and focus are decent, nothing spectacular. Should not be your first choice to buy.

This WebCam was all good since i bought it until today i used to take an online exam: the exam supporter asked me to take 360 degree rotate and up and down check. This Webcam went black more than 5 times during the check! Most of the times it happened when everything completed, i put it back on top of monitor. The last time was when I finally started the exam, it went black after I finished 5 questions! i didn't even touch anything around the wire. That made me started the exam 2.25 hours after it exam supposed to begin, even longer than the exam time! I just tested this one in the other laptop in case the root cause was the USB port loose on that laptop, but got the same problem--blackout after after move the webcam. BTW, the speaker of the webcam doesn't work at all, that was another reason i have to re-enter the exam times and times this morning. Based on the daily usage, I will give 4 stars but based on the experience this morning, 1 star is way too much! So my recommendation is: if you just use it to join a web meeting or training, OK. but hosting especially the exam you need to pay CAD $300, get a better one... even the integrated webcam of laptop is more reliable....

Good picture quality, sound not the best But plug and play is glitch have to restart the device everytime I use it
