Overall it works well, replaced the glass monitor stand with this one for the USB ports and charging pad. My only issue is that the sides are plastic, and meant to slide into the aluminum tray, but the fit isn't great and I was unable to get them flush on both sides. Fit and finish aside, functionally it works great and I've had no issues with the USB ports or Wireless charger.
