Product does help with ergonomics, however the strapping system is not the best solution to connect to a chair. The desk bracket is much more stable, however it is large and bulky.

I ordered this in July of this year and was very happy. However don't expect quality ... very flimsy - every time I rested my arm, it kept bouncing and I was afraid it would break since the bottom hook is in plastic. After barely 6 months, it broke! Disappointed that it didn't even last a year.

seem nice but would only recommend this with wireless mouse and even so dont stand up too quick while its on.

The plastic edge at the elbow and forearm area is slightly raised, it would have been more comfortable if it was recess.
