I just received same for a 17 inch laptop. This stand is too narrow, the laptop has no chance to have a user functionally use the laptop other than as a viewing platform . The laptop wobbles on same as it overlaps the small size of this stand. Am returning it for a refund. Also noted that one of the 2 clips to hold the laptop in place fell off the stand as I was packaging it up. The clips life span may not last long.

Don’t recommend this. Even on the lowest setting the laptop is at an angle and looks bad.
