I've purchased several of these units, and apart from the issues I have found with the M4 (NOT M5 as mis-stated) screws for securing the baskets to the shelves being too long , these slideout shelving units are well-constructed and excellent in operation. A very big advantage of these shelves is that they can be pulled out far enough to enable the items stored right at the back to be accessed.

Would have been a five star review but for the fact I had to wait a week for a replacement part. It’s sturdy and easy to install and saved me from having to figure out more shelves in the pantry. The online customer service left me hanging but when I called I got immediate action on the faulty part. I recommend calling if there is a problem.

I have installed several of these units and even created some of my own double-height units - where space permits in our pantry - by incorporating and carefully drilling them to accommodate what seem to be called "mending bars" of similar cross-sectional dimensions to the U-frames supplied. These shelving units are well-conceived and of excellent quality, apart from the inadequate quality of the machine screws supplied. Best source your own M4 and M5 machine screws. Note that NONE of them are actually M5 as falsely stated in the leaflet.
