Produit reçu rapidement et bien emballé et présenté. Malheureusement ce produit ne fonctionnait pas avec mon imprimante Canon malgré que le modèle était dans la liste des modèles compatibles, d'où les 4 étoiles et non 5. Vraiment triste car je trouvais l'idée écologique et économique géniale. Excellent service à la clientèle pour le retour etc. J'ai dû retourner aux cartouches OEM pour que l'imprimante fonctionne. Heureusement elles sont disponibles sur shoppersplus/123ink. Merci !

I ordered these ink cartridges on the 28th and received them early on the 29th even though I live in a rural area! As for the quality it is not the first time I ordered these so that should speak for itself. The time that one was defective it was immediately replaced. So, I am pleased with both the product and the service!.

First cartridge worked okay. It did not give me the warning to replace the cartridge, it just stopped working. I tried the 2nd cartridge as well as the 3rd. They did not work at all. See Picture 1 & 2 of the print out from alignment. See what Picture 1 is supposed to look like in Picture 5 (true Canon product). I wasted a lot of colour ink when the printer heads were aligned. No black came out. I did not attempt to try the 4th cartridge - wasting my time as well as the frustration. So I paid $76.99 in essence for one cartridge (since the others didn't worked. I believe that what I received are defective. Based on return policy, I would have to pay for the return and my not get much of a refund.I bought a true Canon black ink and it worked immediately. So disappointed, don't waste your money.
