First cartridge worked okay. It did not give me the warning to replace the cartridge, it just stopped working. I tried the 2nd cartridge as well as the 3rd. They did not work at all. See Picture 1 & 2 of the print out from alignment. See what Picture 1 is supposed to look like in Picture 5 (true Canon product). I wasted a lot of colour ink when the printer heads were aligned. No black came out. I did not attempt to try the 4th cartridge - wasting my time as well as the frustration. So I paid $76.99 in essence for one cartridge (since the others didn't worked. I believe that what I received are defective. Based on return policy, I would have to pay for the return and my not get much of a refund.I bought a true Canon black ink and it worked immediately. So disappointed, don't waste your money.

Ink doesn't work well. Printout often comes out either blank or with missing lines. At first I thought it might be my printer's problem, but it works just fine with Canon ink cartridges. Horrible customer service. Contacted them more than five times. They were not helpful with fixing the problem nor issuing a refund. Every time I talked to them requesting a refund. They just had the same answer that they would have their technical team to reach out to me, but I have never heard back from them and it has been 3 months.

First one worked great - when I went to replace it (I watched a few videos) it printed as if it was running out of ink - so I replaced it with cartridge number 3 and it still had the same issue -I am going back to brand name. In the meantime I got black ink all over my fingers ugh.

Just bought a new colored printer and have not tried your product as yet. However, I have always used your product with my other printers and have had good success.

Their intended printers don't recognize the black or colour cartriges. An expensive waste of time and money
