It was ok the first time but the second and third would not print with the magenta. Followed instructions to clean but still did not work. I was sent a label to return the product but unfortunately my husband had already thrown it away. He thought it was done☹️.

very hard to get to work. Frustrating and a waste of ink.

Bonjour, La tête d'impression ne fonctionne pas , il est possible de remplacer une autre ( produit garanti 2ans ) Merci

The ink is not as clear and deep in colour as the other inks I’ve tried from moustache for my other printers. I switched from the real one to this one and had to print the same document 3 times before it became somewhat ok. I’ll have to finish this so not to waste but work order again.

In spite f having used this product many times in the past, this set of cartridges would not work in my printer...these black ink ones would not print...customer service and Cann both tried several procedures to make it happen...then Shoppers + customer service/technician suggested I use only Canon cartridges, which I have ordered and hope they work. I received a refund on the original order...Thank you...am looking forward to receiving the Canon cartridges and hope they work, and I don't have to return them.

The print quality isn't what I have come to expect from Mustache. The print head failed after the second cartridge.
