Was trying to decide between 3 and 4 leaves but decided to go with 3 as it is only okay with the lack of QC. It is functional but not aesthetically pleasing. Debated the 4 because think it is good value for the price. If they got the quality control issues worked out this would be a 5 leaf product. Once tv is mounted it is stable even without wall attachment. Lacks some quality control, the colors on the pieces are not a match with the base and next section being different (photo 1) not sure if you can tell in the pictures but the one piece has a yellower tint. The next two pieces (photo 2) also have that difference in color again. Also in that photo the top piece has a visible line (crease) running up its length from the manufacturing. Other improvements that I think would be improvements in the design are: 1.) a bit of a tab out the back of the floor plate out the distance of the vertical piece would add stability (see photo 3) 2.) another cable holder on the backside would help 3.) the tolerances of the fitment of pieces could be tightened up.

its ok for the price

Build quality isn't the greatest and is kind of flimsy. The clips in the back to hide cables are also pretty loose, so a slight movement makes the wires fall out. It is okay for the price, since it avoids me having to drill holes into my wall and does still hide cables behind the stand.
