The voice system isn’t working properly!!! The bass isn’t working properly too!!!!!

BEWARE: Only 90 days warranty. Never worked. It paired with my iPhone, my Galaxy S9 and my iPad but in all cases, no sound was coming out of the speakers. I took my time to test with different devices, thinking it would have a normal 1-year warranty, but when I contacted the support, they just replied that the warranty had expired and they could do nothing. I guess I had a DOA and took too much time to contact support, which is my fault, but 90 days warranty, really?
