since the item never arrived it's it really is impossible to give it a rating. This is a first ,as I've never had anything like this happen before if anything the orders always arrived ahead of the due date. I will be requesting a credit applied to my next order. Someone has walked off with this item. Really?????? Not shoppers plus to blame but the couriour.
