Previously I have not had any issues with this product however this round the first cartridge I tried began leaking the moment I took it out of the wrapping. It did not have the sticker that creates the vacuum prior to loading. It then leaked in the machine wasting paper and ink. I was forced to change the cartridge without use. The new one worked better but still lacked the typical hole in the top with the sticker over it. It took several prints before the cartridge stopped staining the edge of the page with ink. (Tried cleaning and aligning the head) -disappointed.

First time it happened to me.....removed it from the box as per usual. Start printing.....printed about 5 pages...than the printer said that the Cyan ink was empty....?????? Open the printer, the cartridge had empty itself. Had to clean the bottom of the printer. Been buying from 123ink for many years, first time it happened.
