Great product when it works, but it will always end up failing! We bought over 6x of those and they all eventually died. The Sensor or the motor is always the culprit. We are thankful that Shopper+ honored the warranty on them, but even the replacement units sent ended up failing too. Having opened them, it's simply cheap components and a poor gearing design. They should change the motor, the elastic gear setup and use a higher quality sensor.

I have bought 6 of these Soap Dispensers throughout the Pandemic. They seemed like good value for the money and worked great. I was using standard liquid soap I obtained at Costco. Unfortunately I started seing a trend: the first Dispenser stopped pumping soap after about 6 months or so - it was being used heavily. I tried cleaning but to no avail. The light comes on but the motor does not. I'll probably try taking apart a broken one next. The next 2 units failed in the same way after a bit more than a year. Shopper+ replaced the broken unit within the warranty period promptly. However, I have been told they cannot assist with the broken units that are over a year old. I don't know about you, but I think a little over a year of functionality is a very short lifespan for these Dispensers and does not represent good value.

The soap dispenser is bulky. Have to return it.

Nothing I order with Shopper+ had ever been right. Now this product was shipped with FedEx--who refused to deliver the whole package in front of my apartment suite doorstep. They are asking me to go out in public, do a non essential trip, and risk getting COVID 19 in spite of the recent Ontario lockdown measures. I am reporting this to the Ministry of Health and the Better Business Bureau.
