I was super upset at the toner and after wrestling with it for a full day, I figured out how to get prints comparable to OEM canon toners (which are great btw). Firstly do the full color adjustment where it prints out a colour bar and you scan it twice. In win/Mac print dialogue box mess around with the advanced toner delivery and color controls. For me, bumping up the K toner by +3 and the CMY by +2 gave much better results. I also use the Canon ECM rather than Canon Colour Controls (Mac).

Absolutely fabulous company to deal with. Flawless shopping experience, as well as the warranty service is top notch, which was contrary to my expectation. Nearly 4 months after purchase,Black and Cyan cartridges started leaking, which was giving black and blue smudges printouts. Long story short, Customer service was exceptional in diagnosing the issue, and arranging for replacement cartridges within a turnaround time of only 8-10 days. **** FIVE STARS for customer service, while the carttridges themselves would be more like 3.5-4 based on their performance, which is expected given the price point. A happy customer!!!!! AAA+

Love that this is a compatible product (for a fraction of the price). Our office regularly purchases this black refill because of our print volume. No complaints – will reorder without hesitation. I'd highly recommend this product (and any of the other Color Toners from this company).
