I was really happy when the playpen arrived. It doesn't take long to put together, and the design is great. The only thing I would complain is that the hoop was already broken, the net cannot attachthe hoop completely, and I want to requested a replacement on just the hoop but seems like I need to return the whole playpen which would be pain in the butt to do it....
