I ordered this product because I was having wrist and arm pain and thought the adjustable arm rest would be a help but unfortunately the arm rest are too wide from body and it is very uncomfortable to use the arm rest. So my pain is not getting any help! I wanted to return it but they said I would be charged 15% of the product price since I don’t have the box. I tried to have a smaller size that would serve my purpose but the customer service said there are no smaller size! So I am now stuck with something I didn’t wanted. They should keep different sizes of the same chair because not everyone going to fit their chairs!

It's comfortable enough, but the lumbar support can cause serious backpain over time if you have it in the wrong place. Takes some adjusting to get it to a comfortable spot. I've owned this for about 8 months, and the back tilt lock mechanism stopped working this week, so now whenever I press my back against it, it leans all the way back. No obvious way to fix it. Dust and lint gathers underneath the mesh seat, so be sure to vacuum or dust under there regularly. The footrest might be good if you're shorter or sharing it with a kid. For me it's just kinda meh. Finally, some other office chairs allow you to tilt the angle of the seat and this does not, so that's something to consider when buying it.

chair is nice, but the wheels are terrible. bought a diffrent model year earlier, lower quality than it use to be now and barely rolls.

Malheureusement cette chaise de très bonne qualité ne me convenait pas. L’ajustement du lombaire n’était pas suffisant. Privilégier le modèle avec l’ajustement avant et arrière du lombaire. J’ai dû retourner cette chaise malheureusement. Notez que la qualité des matériaux est meilleure que la plupart des chaises de ce prix.

The quality doesn't look bad and I need time to make a comment about it. The design is not perfect specially when it comes to the armrests. They are not adjustable toward to the seat and the gap is so wide and not comfortable. Moreover the angle of armrest is not well designed and the top part slides all the time since you can not lock it. Overall not satisfied. I am keeping it because the policy says there is charge for returns (10 to 30%) plus shipment so it doesn't make sense to return it., otherwise definitely I would return it. Read the policy before baying it.
