I glue mine to outlets , otherwise doesn't hold well, and comes out when un-plugin appliances.

It only uses one connector on the top to split power, flimsy when plugged in not sturdy, can fall out while unplugging things, I had to glue it to the outlet to keep it on spot and intact.

Good adapter, I like the built-in USB. The outlet I want to use it in isn't plumb, so the holder is flat enough for my phone. No matter, I can use it elsewhere.
