Impressed with this strainer. Rarely deep fry food but some products require it. This strainer works well , collects almost all food products left in oil and allows fir the reuse of oil. In todays cost cutting environment , this allows for the re-use of oil so little waist. Quite impressed with the quality.

I like to reuse oil, especially for seasoning my cast-iron skillet. This is great for storing excess oil and it keeps it from getting contaminated. Easy to clean too.
