Really MAD piece of s... Très fâché produit m... perfect for a 32" monitor 14 pounds but can not hold my new MSI 40" 22 pounds gas spring too weak even if advertise good for 33 pounds !!! Parfait pour mon 32" de 14 livres mais trop faible pour mon 40" de 22 livres Même si bon pour 33 livres !!!! Bon pour un max de 15 livres je dirais Il y en de beaucoup moins cher ailleurs certifié pour 15 livres Je dois mettre un livre en dessous pour le soutenir Je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec Shopper.ca ou les 2 autres compagnies

Aside the UPS shenanigans. It seems very HEAVY DUTY. Perfect for what I need. Following the manual, big picture, few words/specs. Everything seems good, the Dell monitor is mounted, seems good. Try to unscrew the little screw who's holding the cables. It's stuck, so damn stuck I stripped the screw, didn't budge a bit. The thing is so HEAVY DUTY that it won't let the screw out ! Well, it defeats the purpose to have the cables dangling around. Would probably recommend this, but this little screw screwed everything about this product.
