At first I thought it was broken because it wouldn't recognize USB keys, then I thought maybe it was my laptop because another usb-c to usb a adapter was having issues too. Alas, if I plug the power USB C cable into the Hub, it does then recognize the USB key... and I have to reset it this way often enough as the connection seems to get lost, probably due to jostling. Alas, not the stablest of hubs in my experience and this makes it a bad option for anything that requires uninterrupted connection like Rekordbox. Also, man does this thing get hot!

It does what it needs to do. But if you have sensitive hearing this product is not for you. The moment I plugged it in it has a high pitch tone coming from it. The only way I have found so far to get rid of the noise is by applying pressure to the product. Happy that products ports work, unhappy with the noise this product makes.

Functionality is fine, but it makes a high pitched buzzing sound when a power adapter is connected to the USB-C port. Support said this is not a defect. I would recommend choosing a different product instead.

Has no hdmi cable to connect to computer

The power pass through on the type C connector does not work properly. The wattage from laptop says the charging is low. Not enough power for my XPS13 needing 40 watt charging source. As well, the HDMI cuts out when the charging cable is disconnected. This not really worth the money spent.

I was not able to make this work for longer then a few seconds on a Pixel 6 and Lenovo Laptop. Not sure if I received a bad device or it's just incompatible with some devices. I feel that I tried a number of different devices plugged in but none of them worked. I was able to see a SD card for a few seconds but it stopped with no errors. Customer support was able to help me refund and handled this professionally which is why I continue to shop here.
