The plastic feels very thin and cheap. I wasn't expecting metal, but this feels like it would crack if you put it a laptop bag or subjected it to any weight. The micro card slot is also temperamental which is my main gripe. I felt like a almost cracked my card trying to insert it, so I ended up just using a full size card adapter. The most use would be the 3.0 USB slots, as long as they keep working at the advertised speed. It's good to have as a backup hub, but I wouldn't use it as my primary.

For the most part good value for a 3 port usb 3.0 hub. Very lightweight. The cable is a good length, works well if you are connecting to a desktop. When transferring files between 2 usb drives connected to the hub, I was finding that one of the drives would keep disconnecting randomly. After trying to figure out the problem, it seems to be related to the middle usb port. Rest of the ports fine.
