Mic and audio are very good, great noise-canceling. BUT the set is not comfortable at all, it's stiff and keeps slipping off my head, has no "spring" to it that allows it to fit properly. Also the mic is stiff and can't be bent to the desired position, nor can you flip it to wear on either side, it is strictly a left-sided mic.
