The first time I weight myself is always about 3-5 pounds heavier than the second time. Why? Also the body fat measuring is inaccurate. I stepped on the scale holding a 50 lb dumbbell and it measured my body fat percentage higher than without the dumbbell even though the body was the same. It seems to "guess" your body fat based on your height and weight.
