Received this today. Easy to assemble, exactly as described. I'm a size XXL, and fully assembled, the hoop fits me with room to spare. I charged it for about an hour (lost track of time). Was able to install the app on my cell and easily paired it to the hoop once it was charged. The app has some training videos on it, and you can track your 'workouts'. Have not had a chance to use the hulahoop though, since it's been years and years (decades, actually) since I last tried. Will come back with feedback when I get the hang of it again.

I absolutely love this hula hoop! The app that tracks your reps is a encouraging bonus to make it daily habit.

Unfortunately, we cannot get the app to work and you need the app to work in order to connect to Bluetooth to display the number of spins. We purchased this for our daughter specifically for the spin counter and we can’t get it to work. Disappointed ☹️
