The head is very bulky. So it doesn't fit for all vehicles.

The instruction is very sketchy and has no trouble shooting procedures. When the product couldn't match the frequency of the car radio, I had to go back and forth with customer service through emails. I had to eventually make a call and the agent sent me a trouble shooting video which helped me pair the unit up. Other than going through the trouble of finding a solution, the unit works fine, with the sound volume on the lower side.

It’s nice but every time I need to plug in and out USB to start music which is not good

This is my second Bluetooth transmitter, the other being a different brand. My old one needed the radio station preset to be changed every so often so I wanted a new one in the hopes it would be better. So far this new transmitter connects easier and the radio station stays set. My biggest issue with this transmitter is it doesn't go loud enough. With my phone's Bluetooth volume as high as it goes, the transmitter as high as it goes, and my vehicle turn all the way up, I can still easily hold a conversation without raising my voice. Sometimes I just want to crank it up and it's not possible with this one.

Kind of slow to reconnect with my phone. Nice to have 2 charge ports and extra UBS port for downloaded music.

I personally had issues with it but it does charge but may not work with audio systems. The great team at Shopper+ helped me out for this situation
