The delivery for this was late. It might have arrived even later if I hadn't made an inquiry, after observing several business days of no movement. At the time, I asked if they could rush shipping, to compensate for this delay. Their answer was no. That was unreasonable, since it hadn't even left the warehouse yet, so they still had full control of shipping. Or, Shopper+ could have at least offered something else to compensate for their error, like a discount for future purchase- but they did not take the initiative to do so.
